Foreign interference is back in the news. Prime Minister Mark Carney stuck with Liberal incumbent Paul Chiang until Chiang resigned late March 31. Chiang had suggested Conservative candidate and Hong Kong democracy activist Joe Tay be turned over to the Chinese consulate for a bounty.
